As the situation revolving around the novel corona-virus (COVID-19) evolves, the Ontario Government continues to make changes to the way in which consumers can shop for merchandise. As of Monday, May 11th 2020, the option to shop at stores with a street facing entrance opened up for curb side sales; this would include our vape shop. To provide as many options for consumers to shop and keeping things as simple as possible, here are the various ways in which you can obtain vaping and herbal supplies from True North Vapor.

- Come to 51 Woodyatt Drive in Brantford, Ontario and ring the doorbell.
- Please remain a safe distance (at least 2 meters or 6 feet) while we come to the door to discuss your needs. Please be sure to have a piece of ID showing proof of age handy.
- We encourage debit/credit at the door whenever possible but will accept cash. Rest assured, proper hand washing and sanitizing techniques are practiced after every transaction for everyone’s safety.

Order Online for Curbside Pickup
- Visit us at TrueNorthVapor.com to place your order and select “Curbside Pickup” when choosing a shipping option (This is FREE of course).
- Come to 51 Woodyatt Drive in Brantford, Ontario and ring the doorbell.

- We will bring your order in a box to you outside.

- Please note that deliveries are currently only going to cities and towns that reside within Brant Country
- Orders that are placed before 3pm will leave the warehouse the same evening directly to your door. Please be sure to have a piece of ID showing proof of age handy.

- Orders placed online will ship within 1 business day.
- Please Note: Canada Post is experiencing a higher than normal volume of shipments and to expect delays. It is suggested that you do not select any premium shipping methods for the additional cost as shipping times are not guaranteed by Canada Post during the Pandemic.
